Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods, product launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, Pickleball Charleston is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. If you have questions about shipping options or special requests, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Pickleball Charleston is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Pickleball Charleston is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@pickleballcharlestonsc.com with your order number and photos of the damage so we can assist you.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@pickleballcharlestonsc.com and we will make it right.
